This is a genuine, 89 year old, hand-colored pochoir print produced as Plate IX of the Gazette du Bon Ton No.2, 1912 - the first year of publication. The early GBT issues are more rare and particularly known for their artistry. Brunelleschi is a particularly sought-after pochoir artist. Excellent condition on crème heavy laid artist's paper;
